The planner stores your workout plans locally in cookies so that no login is required. By continuing to use the Service you consent to this storage. You can clear cookies or use the reset options inside the planner to remove saved data.

All content provided on the Service including names, logos, design, and layout are the property of the site owner unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without prior written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, Exercise database or Ads). These links do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.
